Healthy.Woman.Being. – Women's Health Days 2026 in Stockerau
The Healthy.Woman.Being. Health Days will enter their fourth round in 2026, inviting everyone to Z2000 Stockerau on March 7 and 8, 2026. In line with International Women's Day, these two days will focus on body, mind, and well-being for girls and women of all ages.
Together with the initiators Dr. Michaela Wildling and Martina Stich, the city of Stockerau is hosting a vibrant fair featuring numerous exhibitors, inspiring high-quality expert talks, hands-on workshops, and active participation stations. Key topics will include movement, mental health, nutrition, and self-care, as well as exchange, encounters, and new perspectives.
"The idea behind the event is to bring a holistic medical approach closer to the women of Stockerau and to give more space to mental health," explains initiator Dr. Michaela Wildling.
As a festive kickoff, the Women & Girls Clubbing "Teens & Queens" will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM in the Lenausaal - Woman only ;)
On Saturday, visitors can expect a spectacular acrobatics show by the girls of the Gymnastic Academy at 3:00 PM. On Sunday, a relaxing yoga session will provide a pleasant conclusion to the event.

SA 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Healthy.Woman.Being Fair with a dance show at 3:00 PM in the Stadtsaal
SO 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Healthy.Woman.Being Fair with a yoga conclusion
