Anniversary Celebration: 95 Years of the Glass Factory and City Band Bärnbach

The Glass Factory and City Band Bärnbach invites you to the grand anniversary celebration in Bärnbach City Park on Saturday, June 20, 2026. The occasion is the 95th anniversary of the traditional music association – a milestone for the city and brass band music in Styria.

Starting at 5:00 PM, the park will transform into a musical meeting point for young and old. The event will kick off with a star march featuring friendly music bands from the region, a striking symbol of solidarity and diversity within the local brass band scene. This will be followed by musical performances, after which the "Sulmtal Express" will get everyone in the mood to dance with lively rhythms.

The program will be hosted by Gregor Waltl, known from ORF Steiermark, who will accompany the evening with humor and charm. Culinary delights, regional music traditions, and a spirit of togetherness will make this evening something special, in line with the Graz experience region.
