As we wander through the colorful forests, we discover numerous seeds, fruits, and roots that provide us with valuable nutrients. We carefully prepare these treasures to stock up on healthy supplies for the winter. In this season, when fresh greens are scarce, it is particularly enriching to find edible plants directly in nature and to learn about their various processing possibilities. Together in a group, we not only discover the most important medicinal plants but also share our knowledge and experiences in preparation.
