Relaxing Break in the Forest - Forest Bathing in the Peaceful Forest of Ribbesbüttel Leave your everyday life behind and immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of the forest! In a small group, we will embark on an exploration at a leisurely pace. We take our time to observe, feel, smell, listen, and marvel. With various mindfulness exercises and creative, playful elements, we clear our minds and relax. We feel the connection to nature and, through that, to ourselves.
