Equipped with a picking basket and a small knife, we head into the autumn forest. Under the expert guidance of certified nature and landscape guide Gabriele Link, we collect delicious edible mushrooms. The stroll through the autumn woods is worthwhile, as we learn interesting facts about edible, inedible, and even toxic mushrooms. It is also important to learn about the preparation of the edible mushrooms. The mushroom foray concludes with the joint preparation of the hopefully diverse harvest of delicious edible mushrooms and a meal in a cozy setting in the rooms of the medicinal plant garden.
