Spend a whole day with your favorite person and explore together with other couples how communication, role models, and cultural influences shape our language and boundaries. You can expect theory and concrete exercises in nonviolent communication (NVC), a guided journey to parental influences, creative methods for integration, sensory experience spaces, a silent ritual full of symbolism, as well as relaxation through mindful holding and touch.
