Brackenheim Nature Park Market

Fresh, healthy, and delicious local food, a rural setting, and a welcoming shopping atmosphere—that’s what the Stromberg-Heuchelberg Nature Park Markets are all about. Wine is grown on approximately 840 hectares in Brackenheim and its districts of Botenheim, Dürrenzimmern, Haberschlacht, Hausen an der Zaber, Meimsheim, Neipperg, and Stockheim—no wonder Brackenheim is the largest wine-growing community in Württemberg and the largest red wine-producing community in Germany. A particularly well-known wine lover was the town’s illustrious son, former Federal President Theodor Heuss, who especially loved the Lemberger from Brackenheim’s Zweifelberg. Things really come alive at the Naturparkmarkt in the historic old town, accompanied by the 2nd Brackenheim Wine Village and the “Festival of the Future”—a feast for all the senses!
