Leadership: Nutrient-Rich Environment - Part 2

During the tour around the Friedensburg Schlaining, we explore the "nutritious surroundings" right at our doorstep. This time, the focus is on the offerings of nature in early spring.

The topics will include the basics of bud science, evergreen herbs, resin gum, and fresh wild herbs with a particularly short harvesting window. We will learn how to identify them safely, what nutrients they contain, and how they can be used. Along the way, there will be exciting stories from the plant world and practical tips for sustainable foraging.

The tour invites participants to consciously perceive the diversity of nature and to discover its seasonal potential.
