Self-love and joy of life are the ingredients for a fulfilling life. Through constellations, meditations, and exercises, along with music and movement, we explore our heartfelt desires and bring them into real presence. We work with two essential aspects of being human: "I," the aspect that is clearly felt in everyday life, and "Self," the aspect that is always connected to all resources. A sense of connection in freedom becomes palpable. We recommend starting with this seminar. The other 6 modules of the seminar series can be attended in any order.
