From April 24 to May 3, 2026, the seaside resort of Weiden am See will become the meeting point for everyone who loves water sports, nature, and community. The WATER SPORTS OPENING at HAFEN2 is all about movement on the water, new experiences, and togetherness – regardless of skill level, age, or wind conditions. The WATER SPORTS OPENING showcases the full diversity of modern water sports. Visitors can experience and try out numerous sports live, including surfing, wing foiling, sailing, stand-up paddling (SUP), canoeing, kayaking, rowing, Smartkat, water biking, water stepping, pedal boating, electric boating, and inflatable boat offerings.

In collaboration with renowned partners such as Duotone, Smartkat, Camaro, and other brands, high-quality water sports equipment will be available for testing on-site. In addition to the sporting offerings, HAFEN2 will become a social gathering place. Water sports enthusiasts, families, groups of friends, and the curious will come together to try new things or unwind at the end of the day in the HAFENLOUNGE – with a drink, good music, and the most beautiful sunsets by the lake.

Entry to the seaside resort is free throughout the entire event duration.
