Anyone who has lost a loved one grieves. Each person in their own way, there is no right or wrong. It doesn't have to be the final loss through death; a divorce or children leaving the parental home can also trigger feelings of grief. Often, this grief can make one feel lonely. An effective remedy can be to connect with others in similar situations. Seeing that others are going through the same can be encouraging. Laughter is also part of the grief support group. The South Harz Grief Support Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month, led by Sabine Ciossek-Dreymann, in a safe space. For more information, call: 05524 9984747. No registration is necessary.
