Making Salt with Children

Children's Program Salt Boiling at the Drilling House. In the salt boiling program at the drilling house, children can discover for themselves how real salt is produced from salty brine! Together, they will heat, observe, and experiment until the first crystals become visible. Through playful activities, children will learn why salt is still so important for Bad Rappenau today - and they will also get to taste the salt they have boiled themselves on bread and cucumber slices. Included services: Children's program salt boiling, bread and cucumber.
