Wild and mobile - DIY ointment making for tired feet

Do-it-yourself Ointment Making for Minor Hiking Ailments ;o) with Phytotherapist Anne Schellberg from the Laufen-Lautlingen local group of the Swabian Jura Association. Together with trained phytotherapist Anne Schellberg, we will dive into the world of medicinal plants and create various ointments for typical hiking ailments - from tired feet to tense muscles. Using natural ingredients, creativity, and a joy for experimentation, we will create a small travel pharmacy to take home. Meeting point: Clubhouse Albstadt-Lautlingen Participation fee: 10.00 EUR per person. Registration by October 19, 2026, with Anne Schellberg at T. 0176-21750835 is requested.
