KIWANIS charity concert

Great songs, small band – the No Nonsense Band brings the classics from jazz’s golden age back to the stage! With an unusual lineup (three horns, double bass, vocals) and custom-tailored arrangements, they create a distinctive band sound that gives the well-known hits from that era a fresh twist and dusts off many a forgotten Dixieland gem. With their energetic performance, the three gentlemen and one lady bring the golden age back to life and throw a jazz party that really packs a punch. The four passionate musicians conjure up romantic swing ballads from their tweed hats just as easily as they do sweat-inducing uptempo hits that make every dance floor shake. So count in and dance away—the Roaring Twenties are back! Look forward to an unforgettable evening in the Bernhardsaal at Bronnbach Monastery! The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. As always, doors open at 6:30 p.m. To get you in the mood for the concert and to enjoy during the intermission, light refreshments and delicious drinks will be available. Proceeds will be used to support youth and children in the Main-Tauber district. This year, our focus is on the district youth wind orchestra.
