Large Carnival Parade Seckmauern

Seckmauern, a district of the municipality of Lützelbach, impressively demonstrates that large Carnival celebrations are not bound by city limits. In this small village in the Odenwald, one of the largest and most popular Carnival parades in the region takes place – an event that excites thousands of visitors year after year.

With great volunteer commitment, the TSV Seckmauern organizes a parade that is second to none: around 30 creatively designed floats, about 25 walking groups, and 10 dance troupes make their way through the streets, creating a lively atmosphere. Colorful costumes, creative themes, and infectious music turn the parade into a true highlight of the festive season.

Every year, around 15,000 spectators line the streets to celebrate a joyful Carnival festival together. The parade in Seckmauern stands for community, passion, and a lived Carnival tradition – an experience not to be missed in the Odenwald.
