Together, the four set off for Bremen to seek their fortune as city musicians. But along the way, not only dangerous robbers lurk, but also doubts and vanities, as well as the wonder of entirely new friendships. With wit, music, and a lot of heart, author Annalena Küspert retells the well-known Grimm fairy tale: modern, surprising, and full of animal zest for life. Thus, a piece has been created that has never been shown in Austria, for all those who want to know how to find their place in the harsh reality with courage, solidarity, and a good song in their hearts.
