IN THE LIGHT – Easter Exhibition

In this special time of year, when light returns and nature is in full bloom, I invite you to take a look at my latest works. My exhibition explores the symbolism of light and renewal, which is closely associated with the Easter celebration.

The artworks are inspired by the cheerful colors and vibrancy of spring. Each piece aims to capture the radiance of light that returns after the dark winter months. Here you will find paintings, sculptures, and installations that embody both the joy and hope that are palpable during this special time of year. Through the use of diverse materials and techniques, I aim to create an atmosphere of wonder and reflection. Let yourself be enchanted by the play of light and the lively colors, and experience how important this time of renewal is for all of us.

I am particularly pleased to showcase my sister Doris Weglehner with her expressive paintings. Her works were shown for the first time this year in Venice and have generated great enthusiasm.

It’s wonderful that you are joining us! Together with her students from the Sokrates School Mühlviertel, we have also created a project for this exhibition.

The painter of light, Robert Schöller, will enrich this special exhibition as a guest exhibitor with his portrait "The Kiss of Judas." This year, America celebrates 250 years of Independence Day – the portrait of George Washington was painted by Robert Schöller and sent to all households in America.

We look forward to welcoming you at the opening on March 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM, where we can celebrate spring and the Easter season together. Your thoughts and impressions of the individual works and texts are very important to us, and we invite you to actively participate in this creative exchange.
