A Summer in Provence - Movie Monday for Seniors

For Léa, Adrien, and their little brother Théo, the holidays are just around the corner. This year, they are going for the first time to visit their grandfather Paul, whom they have never met before due to a family dispute. The destination – Provence: hardly the vacation the three of them dream of. Grandmother Irène's joy about this family holiday is no consolation either. To make matters worse, their father tells them the day before their departure that he is leaving the family. So, not exactly the best prospects for a good mood and a fun holiday time.

Barely arrived in Provence, the differences between the two generations clash. Conflicts arise repeatedly between the teenagers and their grandfather, who, as the kids think, is a stubborn mule. Paul's turbulent past also plays a recurring role in these disputes.

A chaotic summer begins in picturesque Provence, where both generations try to navigate their relationship, process the past, and above all, remember that despite all contradictions, they are still a family.
