Experience this special offer with certified course leader Annette Liesenkötter. During forest bathing, participants immerse themselves fully in the forest and in themselves with all their senses. Stress is reduced and health is strengthened. What do I see right now, what do I feel, what do I smell and hear? There will be many interesting and surprising answers to these questions during the intensive forest walk.

Forest bathing – background: The Japanese invented the idea of bathing in the forest. It is called "Shinrin Yoku" there and has long been a popular and widespread method for reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, and preventing burnout. However, bathing suits are left at home; it’s not about swimming. It’s simply about immersing oneself in the healing atmosphere of the forest. During forest bathing, a conscious pause is taken. It’s about mindfulness towards nature, but also towards one’s own body and mind. In short: soak up the forest atmosphere, listen, smell, taste, see, feel, and touch.
