Do you want to learn more about the Wadden Sea without getting dirty? Then our approximately 1.5 km long dike walk is just right for you! We will introduce you to this unique tidal landscape with its typical inhabitants and their survival strategies, discuss the history of dike construction, drainage, and the challenges of climate change. Since we will be walking on the main dikes, dogs are unfortunately not allowed. Suitable for ages 6 and up; also accessible for wheelchair users. Duration: about 2 hours. Cost: Adults €9.00 / Children €6.00. With NC: Adults €8.00 / Children €5.00. Meeting point: Parking lot "Pilsumer Lighthouse." Booking is essential at the National Park House or online, as there is a limited number of participants!
