We set out on a motorboat through the flooded National Park Wadden Sea, passing the island of Wangerooge until we reach the strictly protected eastern part of the island of Spiekeroog. What would never be possible on foot, we get to see on this tour: the seals and harbor seals up close and in peace. Starting in October, we are fortunate to add another highlight to our observation program: the migratory birds of the East Atlantic Flyway! The maneuvering of the boat does not disturb the animals. In addition to the unique sights, the tour is accompanied by a biologist and certified nature and landscape guide from the National Park House in Carolinensiel, who provides information about marine mammals, migratory birds, seafaring, and the region.
