International Museum Day at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lorsch Abbey

Today, entry to the Zehntscheune and the museum center is free. Visit our showcase depot at the Zehntscheune featuring the most beautiful architectural fragments from former Lorsch monastery buildings spanning 8 centuries. Among them is, for example, the so-called sarcophagus of Louis the German. Please note that the guided tours to the King’s Hall remain subject to a fee!
