The soloist of our February concert, Vladimir Valdivia, born in Lima in 1970, already has a fan base among our visitors. His diverse repertoire is particularly commendable, ranging from European composers of the 18th and 19th centuries to the younger masters of Spain and his South American homeland. He is eager to get to know and try out our recently donated Ibach grand piano. The program will include works by: Vivaldi, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin, Ponce, Granados, Albeniz, and De Falla. Admission for the concert, including a visit to our museum, is €15. We recommend coffee and homemade cake in the castle rooms for €6. Please register by calling 038789 – 61063.
