Poetry Slam

As part of the event "Small? Art! Moves," Julius Althoetmar, Jasmin Haas, Nik Salsflausen, and Meike Harms will compete against each other in a poetry slam. Words become weapons, stories transform into stage magic: At the poetry slam of the small arts weekend, four poets from near and far will face off in an exciting competition. In just six minutes and with nothing but their own texts, they must win over the audience. A modern poetry competition is, of course, a must at a small arts weekend. Four poets from near and far will compete in a literary contest. Whether it's humorous prose, serious poetry, or cross-genre: at the poetry slam, anything that language allows is permitted. There are only three rules for the performers to follow: 1. Only self-written texts 2. Time limit of 6 minutes 3. No props or costumes. Participating are: Julius Althoetmar (Munich), Jasmin Haas (Graz), Nik Salsflausen (Esslingen), Meike Harms (Munich). And in the end, the audience will decide who leaves as the winner. The evening will be hosted by the poetry slam veteran: Marvin Suckut from Constance.
