Sound/Relaxation Journey every 1st Saturday of the month, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We come together in a protected sound space, leave the everyday life outside the door for a moment, find our calm, and direct our full attention inward through the guided fantasy journey and the enchanting sounds of the singing bowls. The vibrations and sounds create a very special atmosphere, and the stories come alive in our imagination... This is how we relax into the day. Individual sound journeys are also available! Duration: 60 minutes, Cost per participant: €20. Where: Ferienhof Spiegelhaus, Nature Sound Room Practice, Leege Weg 4, 26736 near Woltzeten.
