Little Theatre: What a Father

What a Father "What a Father" is a comedy by Ola Hedén, translated into German by Kerstin Fernström, organized by the Piccolo Teatro Haventheater Bremerhaven, and will take place on May 29, 2026, at 7:30 PM at the Guest Center Wremen. Emil is a retired postmaster, a widower, and the father of Olaf. No, not that Olaf. This Olaf still lives at home with his father, and that's just fine. It's Saturday. And on Saturdays, father and son do the same thing week after week. They have lunch, drink coffee, play chess, and watch movies. In that order. But what's going on with Emil? Why is he suddenly wandering around with a ridiculous smile, being rude, forgetting important things, and why is there a bottle of champagne on the refrigerator? Emil and Olaf never drink champagne. And Olaf, why doesn't he move out? He's already middle-aged!
