Comedy with music by Ephraim Kishon, lyrics by Yvette Kolb. The title refers to William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet." Ephraim Kishon prevents the tragic death of the classic love couple and presents them as a quarrelsome married couple with a teenage daughter on stage. What remains when everyday life has driven away romantic love? Following the thwarted love death, habit quickly takes its place. This turbulent musical comedy is an enjoyable addition to Shakespeare's classic "Romeo and Juliet." With simple language, plenty of wit, complemented by musical and textual interludes, and multiple roles for the performers – it presents a successful challenge to the actors.
