Benefits of Baby Massage
Early and intensive mother-child contact has a long-term positive effect on the child. You will gain confidence in handling your baby and learn to respond to their body language. Traditional Indian massage techniques and reflex zones for teething, as well as assistance with recovery, colic, and disturbances in the sleep-wake rhythm. Babies who are massaged simply feel more comfortable in their own skin.
What to bring: Changing mat, cloth diaper, bath towel, plant-based massage oil
