Cabaret Direct: "Angels in the Head" A musical journey through poetic landscapes with Wolfram Berger and Markus Schirmer The actor, director, singer, and cabaret artist Wolfram Berger conjures up an "evening of pure pleasure" together with the internationally renowned concert pianist Markus Schirmer. "Angels in the Head" is a delightful mix of scenic recitations and virtuosic clowning at the piano. The range of texts spans from Heinrich Heine to the Dadaist Hugo Ball, as well as poems by the satirist Axel Marquardt. The musical highlights include works by Bach, Chopin, Schirmer, Schubert, and Dean Martin, among others.
