The Science Busters have long been a cult phenomenon. With their science cabaret shows, they perform in theaters, on television, and on the radio. They serve science for everyone: colorful, educational, and entertaining! Because top science and great humor don’t have to be enemies! The chemist of the colorful group is Peter Weinberger, who has been habilitated in inorganic chemistry since 2010 and has been an Associate Professor of Magneto- and Thermochemistry at TU Vienna since 2021. His area of expertise is the diverse chemistry of metals, particularly iron. He researches magnetic materials and thermochemical energy storage and expresses his love for experimental chemistry in his teaching.
