77-year-old Tereza lives in a small industrial town in the Amazon region. One day, she receives an official order from the government to move to a senior colony in a remote area. Here, the elderly are supposed to "enjoy" their last years while the younger generation can fully focus on productivity and economic growth. However, Tereza resists. She embarks on a journey deeper into the Amazon, through the tributaries and the jungle. She wants to fulfill one last wish before her freedom is taken away. A final wish that will change Tereza and direct her life in a new direction.
