Our excursion on the topic of Himalayan balsam combines nature exploration with culinary delights. We will learn about the characteristics and habitat of the invasive balsam and discover how it can be used in the kitchen. At the end of the tour, we will make a delicious lemonade from the flowers together. Please bring: sandwiches for your own needs and collecting bags or baskets.
