Picture This returns with a new single "Yours Forever"
After the release of their emotionally compelling EP Let The Light In in June, the Irish band Picture This presents their new single "Yours Forever."
Known for their vibrant storytelling and deeply personal lyrics, the band continues to explore the facets of love and heartbreak this time as well. "Yours Forever" is a powerful breakup ballad that captures the pain of holding onto someone who is no longer there.
With lines like "Know you’re no longer mine / But I’ll be yours forever," the song impressively reflects themes of memory, devotion, and the quiet heartache of witnessing someone move on. The song admits that while the person in question no longer belongs to you, deep down, you know that your heart will always belong to them.
Whether you want it or not – and whether the other person wants it or not. The track also carries a hint of jealousy after a breakup, as one naively compares themselves to their ex's new love and feels that they could "love" that person "better" than the new partner. "Yours Forever" is a song that lingers long after the last chorus has faded.
After over 30 summer shows in Europe and Ireland, as well as a support tour for Tom Grennan in Australia, the band is currently at the peak of their live performance. When they announced four Christmas shows in Belfast and Dublin, all 45,000 tickets sold out in less than an hour!
