The time has finally come to celebrate a big festival. Everyone is helping with the preparations. But the evil wizard Zwackelmann can't stand celebrations and has a wicked idea. This time, he wants to make Seppel his assistant. Luckily, Kasper is on hand. But to make sure the party goes ahead after all, all children aged 3 and above should come and help Kasper.
