Moonlight tour

In the silver moonlight, the Laxenburg Castle Park and the Franzensburg reveal their most beautiful side: As early as 1800, people loved night walks through enchanting gardens and castles. During our moonlight tour, you can experience this special atmosphere for yourself. On the tour through the Franzensburg, you will learn how the fascination with the moon, fairy tales, and mysticism shaped the design of the castle park over 200 years ago. The path leads you up to the High Tower and along the rooftops, where the best view of the moonlit landscape unfolds.

Included in the price: the train ride through the castle park to the ferry, the ferry ride, and the nighttime tour through the Franzensburg.
