About the Great Gustel and the Wild Willi - Fairy Tales from East Frisia

The Great Gustel and the Wild Willi both want to be the strongest and therefore intend to give each other a good whack on the head. How it came to be that they both went home peacefully – along with other fairy tales from Northern Germany – will be told this afternoon by Elita Carstens in a lively and engaging manner, as is fitting for a storyteller.

Everyone is invited to listen and experience, especially those who want to learn more about life on and by the sea in ancient times. A bit of sailor's yarn might be included, as that is part of the fun too.

All you need to bring for this afternoon is a little leisure time, a desire to embark on a journey into the realm of fantasy, and joy in the local fairy tales beyond Grimm. An afternoon for young and old, aged between 4 and 104 years.
