Herb Walk with Cooking Class
It is surprising how many wild plants are edible and the variety of flavors they offer us. Moreover, they contain more vital nutrients than most of our cultivated plants, making them not only delicious but also very healthy.
During a short hike, we will gather the ingredients for a sumptuous wild herb menu together and learn a lot about the identifying features, locations, and ingredients of wild herbs. Afterwards, we will cook together and enjoy the meal in a sociable setting.
Please bring garden gloves and a pair of scissors.
