The LASTKRAFTTHEATER is an experience for everyone! On the unique stage, fun and entertainment will once again come to you in 2026 – right to the doorsteps of Eastern Austria!
Here’s what you can expect:
Arthur and Pitzl, two provincial actors from a small town theater, are feeling down because "when there is high pressure, there is low pressure at the box office." Arthur is in love with Emma, who is being raised under the guardianship of the strict Finster. However, there are problems: Arthur lacks wealth and reputation, and Finster is against this relationship, so Arthur wants to elope with his beloved. Finster has since taken his ward Emma to another city, to the inn of the host Sauerfass, and Arthur and Pitzl follow after them. There, the innkeeper's daughter is in love with the waiter Georg, but her father, the innkeeper, has other marriage plans for her and wants to marry her off to Ignaz, the son of a wealthy capitalist. Thus, our two stage heroes plunge headfirst into absurd, turbulent adventures that demand their utmost acting skills and brilliant improvisation…
