Bauernmarkt in der WEBERZEILE

The farmers' market at WEBERZEILE is a major attraction: It's hard to walk past the stalls filled with so many delicacies. For example, there’s the one run by Franz and Brigitte Jenichl from Altheim. At their gourmet farm in Altheim, they produce the finest Innviertler cured pork, sausages, ham, and other good things from their own pigs. In 2016, the business was awarded the "Hot Spot! Innviertel Award." But it’s not just the Innviertler cured pork that draws visitors. The organic egg farm Auinger from Atzbach contributes eggs, bread, pastries, and other delicacies to the WEBERZEILE farmers' market.

Rieger’s Baumstriezel sells delicious yeast dough pastries topped with cinnamon-sugar, coconut, hazelnut, poppy seeds, or almonds, and optionally filled with Nutella, every Friday and Saturday.
