Full Moon Hike

In the bright light of the full moon, the national park appears enchanted. The Thaya, sparkling in the milky moonlight and framed by dark tree silhouettes, provides the perfect backdrop for the voices of the night. Now, deer, foxes, wild boars, and beavers are on the move, and the calls of the tawny owl can be heard loudly.
Experience nature at night with national park ranger Christophe Oberstaller. Gather new impressions, as in the darkness, the other senses are heightened, making sounds and even smells perceived much more intensely.
