In the bright light of the moon, the national park appears enchanted. Tree silhouettes rise into the dark blue of the night sky, and the leaves of the bushes and herbs shine silver. It’s an ideal time to explore the wild national park forest at night. Additionally, shortly after the summer solstice, the wedding flight of the fireflies reaches its peak. The many dancing lights transform the national park forest into a romantic fairy tale world. Join national park ranger Patricia Lagler on a journey of discovery and encounter some night owls or nocturnal forest dwellers along the way.
