Two choirs perform - "Harmonies of Togetherness"

The renowned CiS choir from Sanitz, near Rostock, is visiting Rhade and will fill the church with songs from various genres, alongside the LichtChor from our region. Both choirs are meeting for a cultural exchange and will blend their different styles into a synthesis: the mixed choir "CiS," conducted by Benjamin Grottker, will present classically lively songs. In contrast, the women of the "LichtChor," under the direction of Mathilde Helm, will create a sacred, intimate atmosphere with lyrical mantras and original compositions. Together, the choirs will perform resonant compositions by Bruckner, Bach, Ola Gjeilo, James Wood, and others.
