"You can only see well with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eyes," says the fox to the little prince. Our world often hides the essential from our eyes, but what about the other celestial bodies? And how do we learn to see with the heart in order to recognize what is essential? For generations, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's "Little Prince" has embarked on a quest with both small and large children. In this wondrous masterpiece, a cosmos of mysterious planets and characters unfolds, inviting us to look at things on Earth differently. As companions and soul friends, the characters take us by the hand and guide us on the journey through the adventure of life. With childlike joy, we invite our small and large audience to (re)discover the little prince and his companions and to embark on a poetic journey of exploration – traversing the vast universe and for the first time in the new performance space of the Theater Reichenau.
