At last year's concert, people danced and shook to the music of the 70s and 80s like there was no tomorrow. What can we look forward to this year? The biggest and greatest hits of the 50s and 60s? In the 50s, the "Kings" of Rock 'n' Roll were in charge. Leading the way was Elvis Presley, who never claimed the title "King" for himself; it was bestowed upon him by the media. He greatly appreciated the music of his colleagues and never hid how much he loved the songs of Fats Domino, Bill Haley, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Johnny Cash, Del Shannon, and Roy Orbison. For this reason, and simply to keep the everlasting enthusiasm for the music of the 50s and early 60s alive, MONTI BETON is looking forward to an evening entirely under the motto "Let's Rock Around The Clock!" and "Let’s groove like in the 60s." MONTI BETON will also revive the "Roaring Sixties" – those wild 1960s from the unparalleled Beatlemania to Woodstock! There will definitely be the right mix for a good overview of the entire decade: from the Twist to the Motown sound, from Beat to Rock, from Soul to the intoxicating sound of The Doors. Just a few of the numerous music icons that will be celebrated that evening include: The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Beach Boys, Kinks, CCR, Bee Gees, Tom Jones, The Who, and many more! All together.
