After reading "The Comedy of Vanity" by Elias Canetti, we came up with the idea to create our own play. A piece about the vanities of our time. The arc stretches from the millions of selfies sent daily, through Snow White and the reflections in our daily interactions, to Narcissus, the self-absorbed youth. In the past, the most important photos were glued into a photo album that one would occasionally browse through in peace; today, we share terabytes of photos with half the world, which actually interest very few of the recipients. Who do we see when we look in the mirror in the morning?
