The construction site Babsi describes her journey from being a 10-year-old David Hasselhoff fan in the small village of Gußwerk to the major construction sites of Europe. She manages to provide insight into her work as a site manager by making comparisons to everyday life. Additionally, she is always open to new technologies and tries to integrate them – more or less successfully – into the daily routine of the construction site. As a bright and clever site manager, construction site Babsi carries out her work with a lot of charm, a fundamentally down-to-earth character, and her feminine intuition.
