Brewing Course CLASSIC November

Beer lovers and do-it-yourself fans will get their money's worth in our most popular brewing course. Step by step, a fascinating Austrian beer specialty is brewed together. All classic brewing courses take place at the Beer Culture House and guarantee active participation in all steps of the brewing process, professional guidance, unlimited draft beer, soft drinks, coffee & tea, high-quality beer-themed farewell gifts, as well as tastings of beer classics from Germany and Austria.

A warm brewer's buffet featuring roast pork, dumplings, and coleslaw (vegetarian alternative available) is included, along with a tour of the Trumer Privatbrauerei. Participants will receive a "Traditionsbrauer" certificate in honor of the brewer.

Participant limit: maximum of 15 people
Supervision: Trained brewer / Certified beer sommelier
Brewed beer styles: Märzen, Pils, Vienna Lager, Wheat Beer, etc., according to group preference

Optional: Bottling your beer in 0.75l bottles, with customizable labels; €13.90 gross per bottle plus shipping costs.
