2 clubs, one story that has lived on since 1997 in the form of the Bundesliga club FC Blau-Weiß Linz. The turning point book tells for the first time on 486 pages with 150 photo pages about the developments of the two factory sports clubs SK VÖEST and SV Austria Tabak, while also portraying sports events, urban development, relationships, and the passage of time in the state capital Linz.
Depending on how you approach it, the book begins in 1934 with the founding of the Sports Association of the Tobacco Factory Linz. Alternatively, it can start in 1946 with the first successes of the steelworkers. Both narrative threads converge in 1997 and recount the founding of FC Blau-Weiß Linz.
