HERBERT PIXNER PROJECT "Tour 2026"

The Herbert Pixner Project, led by the multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer Herbert Pixner (diatonic accordion, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, percussion), who was born in South Tyrol, along with his congenial stage partners Manuel Randi (flamenco guitar, electric guitar, gypsy guitar), Heidi Pixner (Tyrolean folk harp), and Werner Unterlercher (double bass), has been one of the most successful acts in the "new & progressive folk music" genre for years. In 2024, the group will be expanded to a quintet with the addition of pianist Alex Trebo.

For the concert program of the 2026 tour, the Herbert Pixner Project announces several new features. A new program and one or two musical surprises.
