Summer Pleasure Tour - at the Edlingers

The family business Edlinger’s in Raasdorf in the Marchfeld region has been in operation for over 260 years and is run by the Edlinger-Theuringer family. Originally started as a classic agricultural enterprise, the focus today is on the direct marketing of regional products such as strawberries, asparagus, and vegetables.

Strawberries are one of the core products of the business, cultivated since the 1960s. To extend the season and utilize different ripening times, several varieties are grown. The harvest season lasts from the end of April to the end of October.
